OMI Leadership Program

The OMI Leadership Program provides complementary education in areas which are important for successful medical leadership, medical education and public health. It is designed to enable OMI alumni to take leading positions in the healthcare systems of their home countries.

The academic leadership for these seminars is provided by the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), the Institut Pasteur, the Association of Schools of Public Health in Europe (ASPHER) and Maastricht University. Based on a one to three-year curriculum, the program offers training in the following areas:

  • Applied Clinical Research
  • Medical Informatics
  • Academic Writing and Systematic Reviews
  • Public Health and Health Law
  • Global Health
