OMI Programs

The Open Medical Institute (OMI) is an international educational initiative which supports medical professionals and aims to improve healthcare on a global scale. It offers several postgraduate educational programs and mentors healthcare professionals over the course of their career. Throughout the OMI programs, which are based on short-term fellowships, mid-career level, English-speaking physicians from countries in transition are exposed to Western medical knowledge and technology. In the past 25 years, many leading medical institutions in the United States and Europe have joined this initiative providing highly committed faculty who donate their time and expertise in sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues from around the world.
